(1) The head of the province will receive an amount equal to one month's salary earned by him for festivals celebrated according to his religion, culture and tradition every year as festival expenses.

(2) Sub-section ( 1) The head of the state can take payment of the following amount once in a financial year on the occasion of the main festival celebrated according to his religion, culture and tradition.
